"Dorothy Dress" Giveaway Winner


First of all, I am SO sorry for the delay here. I just moved into a new apartment and couldn't get the internet working! But it is up and running finally, so thank god for that (and thank my wonderful boyfriend who actually made it work!).

    I love the skirt already. I like how it isn't too long and not too short. And I love how it isn't too poofy either! And I love, love, love the bow in the back! I hope I get chosen this time :)
